Neon Aletheia

Personal information
Alias: Neon Aletheia
AKA: Apate, Neon
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sin: Lust
Occupation: Tournament Fighter, Mascot of the Erebos Corporation
Family: Unknown

Neon Aletheia is a mech fighter who partook in the Second Godhood Trial, representing the Plane of Lust. She is also the 11th Generation Mascot of the Erebos Corporation, debuting in the year 39 AD.

Personality[edit | edit source]

Neon is the Erebos Corporation’s official mascot, and so she knows very well how to present herself. She’s very energetic, confident, and cheerful in the public, whether it’s on television or fighting in the ring, advertising the company’s products with enthusiasm. However, little is known about her beneath the surface. Words from her past opponents are that when they came into melee range with her, she suddenly felt like an entirely different person - a person that feels real and grim, yet a person that knows very well what she wants for herself, whatever it could be.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Neon is rather short for her age. From a distance, her white twintails are immediately apparent. Her green eyes never seem to be at rest for even a moment, yet they barely have any red in them. Neon’s outfit of choice is a business suit crossed with a rather short skirt, with a pair of black ribbons with silver edges binding them together. She also wears a necktie bearing the logo of the Erebos Corporation, in gold outlines.

Mech[edit | edit source]

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Neon’s mech is very much augmented into her body. The core centers around her chest, spreading outwards into her limbs. She wears a very sleek and lightweight combat suit that only seems to provide a bit more protection than her normal outfit. The combat suit also heavily resembles it, with carbon fibers over the synthetic fibers instead. Finally, her gloves and boots are all specifically crafted with hyperconductive metal, beaming blue. The gloves in particular have a compact energy cannon installed, connected to her core.

Neon's mech is a SAU build mainly known for its ability to spice up a match rather than its win-rate. It utilizes electromagnetic levitation and instant shielding to great extents, giving its opponent a hard time accumulating damage over it. It can also fire numerous energy blasts from the energy cannons, accelerated by electricity, though they deal less damage against distant opponents. More reliably, it can unleash rapid electric arcs at nearby opponents, inflicting decent damage.

Neon's Spark is Electroreplication. By entering melee distance with the opponent, Neon can manipulate surrounding electrons to scan for one part of their schematics and relay them back to her almost instantly. Then, she can create a lesser replica of it with favor, with potency roughly equal to the mean of her Firepower and the relevant stat of the part, but never exceeding the original. The schematic can be replicated over and over again if need be, but to get a new schematic she has to drop the old one. Neon can create colorful displays using the technique as well, with very lenient restrictions as they’re created on runtime and take little to no memory space.

Her Signature, and finisher, is Par[ad]oxysm, a powerful attack with unclear properties. “If Neon and her opponent are making physical contact,” she can invert her remaining electricity and fry through the opponent’s weak spots in an instant, tearing the opponent’s mech apart in a horrific eruption of light and darkness. The attack trades her points in Speed and Armor for Firepower permanently. The less damage Neon’s armor has taken, the more lethal the attack gets. After use, Neon is only left with enough power for a soft landing and to draw harmless displays with.

Life[edit | edit source]

As with previous Erebos Mascots, Neon's past life has never been disclosed.

Role[edit | edit source]

Neon represents the Plane of Lust in the Second Godhood Trial, though she represents the interests of the Erebos Corporation as well.
